Position Purpose/Summary Under limited direction of the Landscape Property Management Manager, provides labor with the assistance of the lead personnel to maintain various commercial properties. Qualifications: Valid SC driver's license, insurable driving record, DOT physical, and ability to drive company vehicles, No exceptions Plant identification (turf, trees, shrubs, weeds) Identify infestation of insects and fungus on plant material Ability to operate all property management mowing equipment to include mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, edgers, blowers, etc. Record and report data; work independently Ability to work in a team environment Must be customer service oriented Responsibilities: Responsible for safety, equipment and materials needed for daily projects Maintain a high level of quality and efficiency in the field Makes recommendations for the repair or replacement of equipment and vehicles Work closely with Landscape Maintenance Supervisor Ensure customer's expectations are being met Any additional duties required by manager Physical Requirement and Working Conditions: Work is performed in an outside setting subject to weather conditions Will require heavy lifting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
